The craft project

This on-field project immersed us in the daily environment of artisans, allowing hands-on engagement with Eri silk rearing and dyeing and close observation of Khengeng embroidery techniques. Beyond technical learning, the experience revealed the cultural significance, lived narratives, and generational knowledge embedded within these crafts and the communities that sustain them.
